Tom Franklin, co-owner of Evergreen Homes of Iowa, began building homes in 2008 in West Des Moines with The Vineyard Ridge Townhomes - Highgates Consruction WDM. Tom has been in the real estate industry for over 25 years in the Des Moines metro market. He attended Drake University and holds a Bachelors degree in Finance. Currently Tom lives in Waukee with his wife Stacie and they have two grown children.
Rich Schulte, co-owner of Evergreen Homes, is a West Des Moines native where he lives with his wife Kari and their two children. Rich attended Iowa State University and holds Bachelor and Master degrees in Engineering. Rich has overseen the construction of a number of building projects, the value of those projects exceeding $12,000,000. Rich also enjoys overseeing construction projects while participating in local and global mission trips.
